Return Policy

* we are committed to your complete satisfaction. Before enjoying easy exchange & return policy, you must contact us with returning shipping address before sending the items back. All items sent back to us must be in their original condition i.e. not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached.
* All ordered items are the right items you pick here. We promise you of the right order package. So if returning right items for a refund: all returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
* We only accept products return when we send the wrong size and color because of our mistake. If you purchase the shoes in the size and color way you want, and we ship the right one, we do not accept return, please understand this.
* If we sent the wrong shoes, we only accept exchanges but not refund. And we will afford all the spending. We only give refund because of the problem of the shoes quality. If there is something bad of the shoes quality, you should provide the photos and point out what make you down, then we will give you full refund and you have no need to return the shoes.

Exchanges

* We only accept products exchanges when we send the wrong size and color within 30 days of the original order dispatch date. Because of our mistake. Please contact us with your Order ID and one of our team members will help you. * You must contact us before sending the items back. All items sent back to us must be in their original condition i.e. not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached. * If you purchase the shoes in the size and color way you want, and we ship the right one, we do not accept exchange, please understand this.

Order Cancellation

* Cancellation of an order must be requested before the order has been dispatched. Cause that we process all orders as quickly as possible within 6-8hours after orders placing, so we are not always able to cancel an order after it is placed. Hope you can understand in this key point.
